Now that my dates for the 2022 Reel Awards & the 2022 Mid-Year Reel Awards are set, it's time to talk about this year's rules & regulations.

Other than the aforementioned key dates, here's a rundown of what's changed

• A "film" is now anything in excess of 30 minutes long

• Removed theatrical requirement

• Best Lead, Best Supporting & Best Debut Actor have been renamed to Best Lead Performance, Best Supporting Performance & Best Debut Performance.

Other than that, it's the same Reel Awards from last year!
