27th Critics Choice Awards Nominees

Mere hours after the HFPA announced their Golden Globe nominees, the Critics Choice Association (CCA) has revealed theirs. Ever since NBC dropped the 79th Golden Globes, the two associations have been in a love-hate relationship. The two ceremonies will take place on January 9th, 2022 and for a time, the idea was floated that the Critics Choice Awards would hold their ceremony in The Beverly Hilton (something the HFPA swiftly blocked).

Drama aside, the CCA has a bigger role than ever this awards season to become the first televised awards ceremony of the 2021-2022 awards season. Consisting of over 400 members, these nominees will serve as one of the biggest platforms for the race to win the Oscar in April. So, who are our nominees for the 27th annual Critics Choice Awards? Let's find out.
