The 2021 Film Independent Spirit Awards Moves to the Thursday Before the Oscars
Film Independent has moved the 36th Film Independent Spirit Awards to Thursday, April 22nd in a prime-time slot on IFC. Previously, they were going to be held on Saturday, April 24th, which was one day before the Oscars ceremony on the 25th.
